Interestingly, the last state service with this name simply doesn’t exist in Ukraine

Ukrainian soldiers are threatened by homosexual foreign military, and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine instructs them how to behave in case of harassment. We saw a video with this meaning on the YouTube channel of the state-owned newspaper “SB Belarus Today”.

The video allegedly shows memos that inform soldiers how to behave in case of violent actions. They are written in Ukrainian, but there is no evidence in the video that they actually belonged to Ukrainian soldiers and were compiled by any of Ukraine’s official agencies. Nevertheless, the authors of the video claim that the memo was compiled by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the State Service of Ukraine for War Veterans and Participants of the Russian-Ukrainian War. These names are placed under the text of the memo with agencies' logos.

Interestingly, the last state service with this name simply doesn’t exist in Ukraine. Previously, there was a service with a similar name - the State Service of Ukraine for War Veterans and Participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation.

But even this misspelled state service no longer exists either. Its legal status in Ukrainian databases is terminated. In 2018, the Ministry of Veterans' Affairs was created on its basis. This would be a strange mistake for Ukrainian officials.
