“Notice how many foreign delegations were present.” Radio Minsk misidentified foreign guests as representatives from Germany and the U.S.
According to economic expert Georgy Grits, official delegations from Germany and the United States attended the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum for the first time since the start of the war in Ukraine. However, that is not the case. While citizens from those countries were indeed present at the forum, neither Berlin nor Washington has confirmed that they were representing government delegations.

“Just let them stop the fighting” A guest on Radio-Minsk distorted Ukrainian sociological data
Aliaksandr Pastalouski, deputy director for scientific work at the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, said the number of Ukrainians supporting the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Donetsk Region to end the war is growing by 5 to 6 percent every month. A News.by host discussed Polish emigration but overlooked Belarusians
Siarhei Husachenka, the host of the First Information TV Channel, said that 2 million people left Poland after it joined the EU, and Poles continue to leave en masse for economic reasons. However, mass emigration from Poland began before the country joined the European Union. The current proportion of Poles living abroad long-term is similar to the proportion of Belarusians living outside Belarus.

Is one in six Latvians a government official? A Belarus-RTR guest counted doctors, teachers, and the military personnel as bureaucrats
Every sixth resident of Latvia is a government official, according to Aleksejs Rosļikovs, a former member of the Latvian Saeima, who made this statement on the Belarus-RTR TV channel. He estimates that there are around 300,000 government officials in the country. However, this is a concept manipulation: it is roughly the number of public-sector workers in Latvia. This figure encompasses not only the state apparatus, but also schools, hospitals, the police, the army, the fire-fighting service,...

“They owe their literacy to the Russians.” Colonel Bogodel’s revision of Baltic history
According to military expert Andrey Bogodel, the Baltic peoples became literate thanks to the Russians who arrived in 1940. However, this is a myth. By the time of the Soviet occupation, most residents of the Baltic States were already literate. In Estonia and Latvia, high levels of literacy were recorded as early as the end of the 19th century.
