‘Alain Delon Bequeathed His legacy to His dog.’ Uncovered: Who Actually Inherited Actor's Fortune?

The renowned French actor passed away at the age of 88 on August 18, 2024. Just a few days later, Nikolai Platoshkin shared his insights on Delon's supposed will in an interview with BelTA on 26 August 2024.

“The actor left a significant part of his estate to his dog, not out of eccentricity, but probably because he decided there were no other worthy ones,” Platoshkin explained.

According to the statements of Delon's relatives cited by the CNEWS channel, and the newspapers Le Figaro and Libération, Delon has divided his legacy between his children. Half to his daughter, and one-quarter each to his two sons. The dog was not mentioned in the will.

Delon had requested for his pet dog to be euthanized and buried alongside him. However, his family decided not to honor this request, opting instead to provide care for the dog for the remainder of its natural lifespan.
